Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian and English Speaking Technical Customer Service Agent<br /> <br /> Summary of Position<br /> <br /> Supporting one of Merlin’s major clients by providing trouble-shooting via telephone or email communication until solution. The agent is responsible for the day to day provision of the Service. This includes ensuring that a continually high level of service is provided to the customers as set out in Merlin's agreements with customers, in the languages described in this document. In order to provide this high level of service the Agent will be required to effectively manage their available resources, including equipment, information and technologies <br /> <br /> Location: Debrecen, Hungary (for Dutch speakers alternatively in Budapest)<br /> Working hours: 8hrs per day / 40hr week <br /> Hours of cover: Monday to Friday 7:00 – 21:00 CET including Bank Holidays but exact working hours are based on a shift pattern <br /> Languages required for the role:<br /> English and Norwegian/Swedish/Danish/Dutch – fluent written and oral skills<br /> <br /> Requirements of this role are:<br /> • Basic PC and software knowledge (training will be provided) <br /> • Highly customer focused with a good understanding and working knowledge of the services provided by the department they are working in <br /> • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels <br /> • Ability to earn the respect of internal and external customers, colleagues, and management <br /> • Enthusiastic <br /> • Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines <br /> • Self-motivated <br /> • Good personal organisational skills <br /> • Good attention to detail <br /> • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels <br /> • Excellent problem solving skills <br /> • Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems <br /> <br /> Any experience in the following roles is also advantageous: <br /> • Helpdesk Administrator, Service Desk Analyst, Customer Service Analyst<br /> • Technical/ I.T terms in languages spoken <br /> • Knowledge of antivirus/firewall technologies <br /> <br /> Training: Full training is given initially with further follow-on/ follow-up training as the employee progresses. <br /> Candidates should be able to provide us a valid Criminal Record of Good Conduct upon successful employment. <br /> All candidates must be eligible to work in Hungary.
