This senior role will be adding to the strategic direction of the product offering. Playing a key role within the CPO team, this person with mix both direct management, team direction, will contribute to the smooth operational running and product output; to ensure the firms position as the marketing leading provider! <br /> <br /> Duties: <br /> <br /> • Daily and direct management of a small team. <br /> • Contributing to cross team management, acting as a point of contact and alignments. <br /> • This person is not only responsible but accountable to the CPO for the games team well be-ing in the Stockholm office. <br /> • Direct ownership and control of the new game overall product delivery. <br /> • Ensuring a full accountability for the games backlog. <br /> • Work with development and operations counterparts ensuring a smooth delivery, decision points and management of any backlogs. <br /> • Process, interpret and enact CPO Malta product ordering process and also roadmap wishes. <br /> • Responsible for ensuring full communication and alignments internally with key stake-holders. <br /> • This person will be accountable and responsible for deliveries of the Stockholm CPO team and ensuring they are met with quality. <br /> • Deliver monthly reports<br /> • Liaise with other managers in Sweden and Malta for alignment. <br /> • Proposing strategic business cases and initiatives for company development. <br /> • Assume budget control, resource management and associated tasks where necessary. <br /> <br /> Requirements<br /> <br /> • Degreed educated or equivalent 3rd level education<br /> • Experience working in a similar role or within a senior product management role. <br /> • Experience within the online games section would be considered a distinct advantage<br /> • Experience from iGaming, mobile or casino is also considered an advantage but not a pre-requisite. <br /> • Project Management experience would be a plus but candidates must be highly organized. <br /> • An ability to handle many streams of information; to control, track and report product/project statuses<br /> • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written, in English. <br /> • Man and team management experience. <br /> • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, and the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships. <br /> • Be creative and with a customer focused approach. <br /> • Ambitious, hard working and a team player! <br /> <br /> <br /> ]]>
