An International Customer Service Agent (Danish speaking) required by Ladbrokes on a permanent basis based at our offices in Gibraltar. The purpose of the role is to provide sales orientated solutions for inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats in a polite and courteous manner for customers. To transact service requests from customers aiming to achieve a 1st contact resolution and to provide product and service related information that enhances their relationship with Ladbrokes. Job Purpose<br /> <br /> To manage and optimize the tables, content and customer experience of our client’s Live Casino product in order to maximize revenues and cross sell opportunity.Deliver a great customer experience while maximising commercial benefit by managing and developing the Live Casino product/platform/features, website, tools and customer experience.<br /> <br /> Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities <br /> <br /> • Responsible for the Live Casino product/platform/features, website, tools and customer experience.<br /> • Responsible for leading the analysis and optimisation of our Dedicated Live Casino studio, from table occupancy and hands dealt per minute to the layout, décor and staff uniforms.<br /> • Monitoring of product and feature performance, quality and optimizing when necessary with a particular focus on managing the cost of sale.<br /> • Develop a best-in-class Live Casino offering – responsibility for ensuring we develop the technology and optimise our platform to become a true innovator within the live casino space. <br /> • Working with our core provider and internal development, support and land based teams; this person will define the Live Casino roadmap, challenge existing solutions where appropriate and own the creation and delivery of the proposition.<br /> • Monitor player patterns based on their account details, transaction and gaming patterns to manage risk and to propose ways on how to improve revenues including working closely with VIP team on campaign management.<br /> • Maintain continuous insight into state of the art features and functions included in competitors’ games and platforms and feed this back into internal and external product roadmaps for delivery, specifically around Live offerings and streaming.<br /> • Management of new and existing product development across desktop and mobile.<br /> • Working with the Delivery team and Product Analyst to create, develop and manage the roadmap, including prioritization and negotiation of launch timeframes within the development backlog.<br /> • Day to day product operations including adding new games to existing portfolio and carrying out UAT to ensure smooth functioning of games.<br /> • Planning and executing retention activity including working with the Promotions Executive to define and agree promotional and bonus plans.<br /> • Work with the VIP Account Managers to develop promotional activity for key players.<br /> • Working closely with our acquisition teams (PPC, SEO, Display and affiliates) and CRM teams to come up with effective campaigns and to insure that branding and messaging is consistent across acquisition, retention and product.<br /> <br /> Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications <br /> <br /> • Solid understanding of online gaming operations and marketing<br /> • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills in order to interpret data and drive business conclusions<br /> • Live Casino experience strongly preferred<br /> • Understanding of all aspects of a Casino platform, including: system configuration, reporting and bonus features<br /> • Knowledge of customer servicing and retention strategies<br /> • Detail focused but able to see the “big picture” and maintain progress<br /> • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, highly analytical and data driven with a strong attention to detail<br /> • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills.<br /> • Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ]]>
