As an Agent within Fraud Operations, you will be required to work through a number of pre-determined fraud queues, kana email queues, and service requests to determine if recent account activity is of a fraudulent nature (based on fraud indicators). If you are a fluent speaker of both languages Danish and English you have technical support experience and enjoy working with customers this could be for you! The main tasks of this role are provide technical support and follow up by phone, e-mail, internet and fax supporting customers with information, advice and troubleshooting.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Skills: Ideal candidates will be customer oriented with a very good knowledge of IT and technology devices. Only native-level Danish speakers will be considered as this role requires supporting customers speaking Danish in a daily basis.
