Position: BRANCH MANAGER

You responsibility will be:
*Overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the branch admin, sales and service functions in accordance with international company policies

*Hiring, training and motivation of new sales and technical employees; planning and direction of their work
* Managing branch financial performance, including preparation and maintaining of annual budget and operating plans
* Feedback customers' expectations to the Commercial Director and Country Manager to adapt better to customers needs
* Maintain and reinforce a high customer service level at the branch
* Adapt the branch to the constantly changing market and competitor`s conditions
* Increasing branch yearly revenue and profitability in the region
* Communication with assembly and project management

REQUIREMENTS

* University degree
* Knowledge in the area of modular constructions or similar (sales or rental of cons. equipment)

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a Bilingual Security Administrator to join the Building Services Section of a major EU organisation based in central London to provide administrative support to the Security & Business Continuity Management team

Candidates are required to have solid relevant experience, preferably within facilities/buildings management background, excellent fluency in written and spoken English and additional knowledge of an EU language. Min A level equivalent education is required.

Candidates should be EU passport holders and eligible to work in the UK.

� Assisting the Security Supervisor and team in the management of the security office including access control, CCTV, planning of the equipment maintenance and general administration.
� Duties will include constantly developing systems and procedures to ensure a good level of service is delivered to all internal and external customers at all times.

Preferred:

� Experience with access control, visitor management and CCTV systems would be beneficial.
