We are now looking to recruit a Telesales Executive for our German market. This role will be based at our Dublin Head Office and will suit an ambitious and target driven individual. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Role:&lt;br /&gt;
Reporting to the Sales Director for Germany, this position will involve market research and cold calling of potential clients within Germany. You will be responsible for developing knowledge of the Atlanco Rimec Group and its services and to generate quality appointments. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
o	Uncovering sales opportunities and qualifying leads &lt;br /&gt;
o	Pro-active sourcing of new customers and business by making outbound calls using qualified data&lt;br /&gt;
o	Appointment setting for the senior sales team &lt;br /&gt;
o	Developing our client database through background work, market research and sales campaigns&lt;br /&gt;
o	Meet and exceed targets&lt;br /&gt;
o	Reporting potential pipeline on a weekly basis  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Skills and Experience:&lt;br /&gt;
o	1-2 years cold calling and sales experience, preferably  business to business &lt;br /&gt;
o	Fluency in English and German &lt;br /&gt;
o	Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets &lt;br /&gt;
o	A good understanding of working within a telesales environment &lt;br /&gt;
o	Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative &lt;br /&gt;
o	Excellent telephone manner &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced sales manager with fluent French.  This person will have knowledge of the construction and/or mechanical &amp; electrical industries and will work to generate and drive new business throughout our French market. &lt;br /&gt;
Main Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
•	Achieving challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy&lt;br /&gt;
•	Identifying and developing new business opportunities. This will include establishing contact with new customers, promoting the company’s offers and negotiating and closing business contracts&lt;br /&gt;
•	Maintaining and developing strong client relationships&lt;br /&gt;
•	Work as part of a team and the ability provide advice, guidance and support to other team members&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Skills and Requirements: &lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluent spoken and written French and English essential &lt;br /&gt;
•	3 - 4 years proven sales and business development experience at a senior level&lt;br /&gt;
•	Ability to complete the full range of sales activities, from cold calling and presenting to negotiating and closing  contracts&lt;br /&gt;
•	Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills&lt;br /&gt;
•	Commercial awareness&lt;br /&gt;
•	Knowledge or experience of the construction, mechanical and/or electrical sectors&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
