Sales representatives must obtain an in depth understanding of the needs of legal professionals and a similar depth of understanding of Bloomberg Law to ensure the proper positioning of the product within law firms, corporations, and the public sector.&lt;br /&gt;

Our sales team is tasked with developing new business, and building and maintaining relationships within corporations, law firms, and other areas within the legal sector. We need individuals who are analytical, hard-working, determined, self-motivated, personable and confident. &lt;br /&gt;

Senior Legal PA with German&lt;br /&gt;

Our client is a boutique law form looking for a German speaking senior legal PA, to join them on a 1 year contract starting as soon as possible.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Senior Legal PA will be responsible for a wide range of duties supporting a very esteemed and leading Head of Practice. You would use your German on a daily basis to liaise with clients based in Germany, and would need both fluency in spoken German and fluency in written German.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As the German Legal PA (1-2-1 PA) to the Head of Practice you will need solid and demonstrable experience working in a similar role, and possess either a law degree or have solid legal sector experience.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Senior German Legal PA is responsible for &lt;br /&gt;
· All classic PA duties: meetings, travel, itineraries, lunches, drinks&lt;br /&gt;
· All classic legal secretarial duties: dictation, typing, correspondence &lt;br /&gt;
· Conducting legal searches as required, such as in Westlaw or Lexus &lt;br /&gt;
· Preparation of packs if bidding for new business&lt;br /&gt;
· Liaising with own client contacts as Legal Assistant.&lt;br /&gt;
· Undertake Filings, including submitting documents to court/arbitrator&lt;br /&gt;
· Providing support for Hearings, attending hearings and providing secretarial support; assist with presentations including PowerPoint&lt;br /&gt;
· Organising and maintaining filing and systems and managing the office&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The skills we are looking for include:&lt;br /&gt;
· Fully proficient in word processing and document production (with fast typing speeds), in particular Word with the knowledge to resolve complicated formatting issues, emailing documents, charts and tables etc, PowerPoint, InterAction (or similar client database).&lt;br /&gt;
· German speaker.&lt;br /&gt;
· Law degree or similar relevant legal qualification.&lt;br /&gt;
·  Experience of law firms and secretarial responsibilities.&lt;br /&gt;
· Understands sometimes complicated filing systems.&lt;br /&gt;
· Approachable, diplomatic, well presented, communicative and helpful nature&lt;br /&gt;

The Candidate&lt;br /&gt;

•	Experience in Finance or Legal background is a must&lt;br /&gt;

•	MasterCard and Visa disputes and chargeback knowledge&lt;br /&gt;
•	Detailed knowledge of criminal law/regulatory  requirements i.e. Money Laundering, Data Protection, Theft Act&lt;br /&gt;
