Our client is working on the construction and commissioning of chemical plants for different clients&lt;br /&gt;

We are looking for experienced staff for pre-commissioning of these plants. The job comprises all activites from taking over from the construction team to making it ready for feed in. &lt;br /&gt;

Activities during pre-commisioning:&lt;br /&gt;
- check the correct installation of the process plant.&lt;br /&gt;
- cleaning of piping and equipment by flushing with water, oil or chemicals and by blowing with air and steam to the requirements of the chemical process&lt;br /&gt;
- trial operation ot the pumps&lt;br /&gt;
- test run of several turbine-driven process compressors, fans, blowers and bulk handling equipment (if applicable)&lt;br /&gt;
- preparation of procedures and planning work or the above activities&lt;br /&gt;
- support and supervision of subcontractor staff&lt;br /&gt;
- check of the process control system and the logic functions&lt;br /&gt;
- start-up of gas-fired boiler and water / steam system&lt;br /&gt;
- planning and execution of on-site modifications, if necessary&lt;br /&gt;
- commissioning of the plant together with the shift leader from the customer and the licensor´s advisory personnel&lt;br /&gt;
- work in the performance guarantee test&lt;br /&gt;
- support of the project team for documentation of the as-built status of the plant.&lt;br /&gt;
