Description:&lt;br&gt;
The successful candidate will report to the VP of Product Development and will be responsible for the product management of Moneybookers accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure. The position is based in either Berlin ro London.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
•	Management of Moneybookers accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure  &lt;br /&gt;
•	Definition of features and functionalities of the accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure  &lt;br /&gt;
•	Gathering/ documenting of internal business requirements &lt;br /&gt;
•	Develop and maintain accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure  product roadmap&lt;br /&gt;
•	Build and share knowledge base about accounting, reconciliation and reporting infrastructure  &lt;br /&gt;
•	Easily recognises areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation. &lt;br /&gt;
•	Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to others.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members &lt;br /&gt;
•	Produce regular reports and additional ad hoc reports and analysis&lt;br /&gt;
•	Complete work on-time and exceed expectations in quality and productivity&lt;br /&gt;
•	Travel within the EU 10% of the time &lt;br /&gt;

Essential Skills:&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
•	Extensive experience in a product management environment&lt;br /&gt;
•	Demonstrated track record in product development/ management or project management or consultancy with a strong focus on finance and accounting. Oracle “financials” experience would be beneficial &lt;br /&gt;
•	Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of professional employees, consultants and contractors&lt;br /&gt;
•	Sound decision  making/ problem solving skills&lt;br /&gt;
•	Takes responsibility and delivers on expected tasks without requiring follow-up&lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent attention to detail&lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organisation and influencing skills&lt;br /&gt;

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY&lt;br /&gt;

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &lt;br /&gt;
•	Full account ownership and P/L responsibility for defined and selected strategic partners of Next Generation Payments with the main purpose of growing the merchants’ turnover and increasing the size of the Next Generation Payments customer base.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Establishment of a close, direct and personal relationship to key people in the merchants’ organization.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Creation of sales presentations and development of sales propositions for the various existing business clients in order to up-sell additional payment products.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Analysis of the merchant’s performance from a revenue and profitability perspective.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Close coordination with our anti-fraud- and risk teams to protect our merchants against charge-backs and to avoid payment fraud.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Preparation of tailored and targeted marketing campaigns such as newsletters, cash-back promotions, price-draws, affiliate promotions, etc.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Understand and make use of all Next Generation Payments product capabilities and features to allow for a customized use of our payment products to ensure the highest possible payment conversion.&lt;br /&gt;
•	Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons&lt;br /&gt;
•	Organise, attend and represent Next Generation Payments at events and exhibitions tailored to E-Commerce/payments&lt;br /&gt;
•	Participation in the development of new ideas, strategies and processes to ensure operational excellence.&lt;br /&gt;
