Localisation Producer / Project Manager (m/f)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the localisation of AAA software titles for the EU&lt;br /&gt;
market from our partners. You will plan, monitor and control a variety of resources to ensure the on&lt;br /&gt;
time completion of your projects. You will need excellent skills to interface with different departments and to effectively lead team members from various cultures and backgrounds on a day-to-day basis in order to create a product that meets the highest standards of quality.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
TASKS:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring localisation projects with a multi&lt;br /&gt;
- Scheduling of tasks, deadlines and milestones&lt;br /&gt;
- Creation of Gantt charts in MS Project for distribution to concerned parties&lt;br /&gt;
- Acquisition and dissemination of information to project teams as required&lt;br /&gt;
- Coordination of communication between project teams and external departments involved in&lt;br /&gt;
localization process&lt;br /&gt;
- Identification and solving of problems quickly and effectively&lt;br /&gt;
- Monitoring of project progress, reporting of status, and escalation of issues as required&lt;br /&gt;
- Working to ensure on-schedule completion of project&lt;br /&gt;
- For your projects, be the main point of contact between your team, external partners and stakeholders:&lt;br /&gt;
be accountable, transparent and flexible&lt;br /&gt;
- Maintenance of direction and conceptual integrity of the original product&lt;br /&gt;
- Evaluation of software to understand project requirements&lt;br /&gt;
- Evaluation of team performance&lt;br /&gt;

KEY REQUIREMENTS:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Bachelor's degree from accredited four&lt;br /&gt;
- Minimum 2 years experience in console videogame industry, preferably in console video game products&lt;br /&gt;
and project management&lt;br /&gt;
- Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English&lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple&lt;br /&gt;
- Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to solve problems and make decisions while acting independently&lt;br /&gt;
and decisively&lt;br /&gt;
- Ability to lead and execute localisation projects in all levels&lt;br /&gt;

- Awareness of cross cultural differences and understanding of Japanese culture (Japanese language&lt;br /&gt;
knowledge a plus).&lt;br /&gt;

Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;

-	Previous translation experience is essential, preferably in the videogame and multimedia entertainment fields. &lt;br /&gt;
-	Computer literacy (Microsoft Office knowledge essential). &lt;br /&gt;
-	You should enjoy playing videogames and be familiar with their specific language needs, as this will be a major part of your daily work.&lt;br /&gt;
-	And you must feel comfortable working in an international environment, being a flexible and committed team-player, who is responsible, self-motivated and innovative. &lt;br /&gt;
-	Experience with CAT tools (Trados, etc.) desirable &lt;br /&gt;
