My client is looking to recruit a Franchise Service Manager for a large international group that are growing rapidly. They are currently looking for a Franchise Service Manager to build relationships with new franchisees and make sure that the revenue is optimised by the companies websites/prices/staff onsite.
Duties:
To optimise service through company brand
Guard corporate identity
Ensure correct use of brand on the hotels
Ensure room sales have been maximised through via company websites
Enhancing brand performance by advising on how to use the brands products and services
Centralize all information in regard to hotels
Making sure revenue is maximised by offering advise/training and making sure all branding elements are in the right place
Managing expectations of franchisees and providing feedback on areas that could improve revenue
To be a professional representative of the brand
Confident to deal with franchisees directly without being overpowering and maintaining relationships
Candidate requirements:
Experience in all areas of service management including budgeting, PandL, analysis, managing stock, and resources
Fluent German
Excellent Manager and Marketeer
Drive and enthusiasm
