Company: Our client is one of the largest employers in Germany. They are a Multi-National company that operate in the media, communications, technology and services. Their customer support operation is based near Bielefeld, Germany where they support 18 languages and 100,000 European customers.
Role: They are currently experiencing growth on their International division and have new Dutch customer support roles in their Benelux team. The Dutch positions will support customer service, order management and product requests for corporate clients. This is a Dutch business to business role that will require attention to detail and good customer service skills.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will speak native level Dutch and have customer service, order management or customer facing skills. Candidates with an interest in IT, and/or knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, internet explorer, customer databases/ CRM systems are at an advantage.
