Job description
Secure Liquidity for the Chinese FS-entities at any time
Adopt company-funding strategy in the local market
Introduce all local available funding diversification opportunities in accordance with HQ-Treasury
Negotiate and coordinate local bank facilities
Direct reporting into local Market responsibles and Head of Group Treasury
Direct reporting from local Chinese Treasurers
Most important functions:
Negotiate and coordinate all Bank-line issues in China and collaborate with HQ Treasury
Monitor the local market closely to diversify Chinese funding sources
Local project promoter for all funding diversification projects in China
Negotiation of intra-group funding
Relationship Management Treasury Organizations China
Relationship Management Local Banks and regulatory body concerning funding issues
Reporting into global Management China and Head of Group Treasury
Coordinate/hire Treasury staff China in coordination with Head of Group Treasury
ALM monitoring of single entities and member of all local ALM-Committees
Collaboration with local Rating Agencies
Requirements
Experience
Transactions in large sums of money and for dealing with financial vendors i.e. banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, auditors, rating agencies and regulatory bodies
Negotiations with local and international banks on senior level for large credit facilities
Professional experience in an international company
Membership of the Chinese banking community
ALM knowledge especially interest rate and liquidity risk measures and management
Knowledge of international debt capital markets
Securitization base knowledge
Leading a team of specialized personal
Qualification
Mandarin native speaker and English and/or German professional knowledge
Studies of economics with high level degree
International experience and/or studies
