Main Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support for an online gaming service via game interface, email, and
telephone
- Monitor in-game interactions, and logged actions of all game players to insure an
appropriate game environment for customers of NCsoft
- Provides follow-up to rectify customer inquiries/complaints
- Responsible for documentation of all customer inquiries - completes, maintains and
processes pertinent paperwork and records
- Meet or exceed quality standards and metric goals established by management.
- Complete tasks and projects that are assigned by management that may not fall into the
scope of the daily routine

Your Profile:

- Familiarity with PC gaming and multiplayer online gaming including experience with the
current generation MMO titles
- High profiency knowledge of verbal and written French
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
- Experience with Customer Service
- Good Internet- and PC-Knowledge
