Regional Trainers (m/w) for Norway or Finland
for our client, a global player in the light sector
The Regional Trainer will support the qualification and selection of our sales promoters in the country. She/He will train the promoters on products and sales techniques.

working period: August (CW 34) – September (CW 39)
Your task in the field includes:
• Organization and delivery of product and sales coachings at retail stores
• Organization and delivery of classroom trainings
• Scheduling appointments with retailers
• Delivery of group trainings for PowerSellers (sales promoters)
• Holding castings for PowerSellers
• Reliable reporting and compliance with guidelines
We expect:
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent spoken Language skills in Finnish or Norwegian
• Professional attitude as well as competent, reliable and likeable manner and appearance
• Enthusiasm
• Willingness to travel to regional trainings in the assigned region
• Sales experience
• Proficiency in using PC and Office applications
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience as a trainer in the area sales and product presentation (nice to have)

as freelancers for a contract project.
What you can do for us:
• Conducting training sessions as leading trainer (administration and presentation)
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions for field and sales staff
• Implementing high quality standards in product presentation, communication and sales
• Instructing trainers und trainer teams (Train the Trainer)
• Assisting our agency in staff selection (concept and execution)
• Coordinating and implementing selection and training sessions in the respective country plus ensuring concept, quality and process fidelity
• National partner agency’s operative contact for selection and training
• Assignments in Finland / Norway
Which qualifications you should bring to the table:
• Hands-on experience as a trainer in communication, sales, and product presentation (at least 3 years)
• Background knowledge and professional execution of various training methods and their goal oriented adoption
• Finnish/ Norwegian as training language
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Some experience in training trainers/multiplicators preferred
• Business expertise in sales preferred
• Experience in recruiting (casting, assessment centre, interview) preferred
