Company: Our client is a leading BPO company based close to Frankfurt. They provide business solutions to their clients in order to improve their revenue and customer service and reduce their costs. Role: As part of their customer service team, you will provide customers with all the information and service they need about the automotive product: technical specifications and features of the products and availability, progress of the service ordered and invoicing. You will also research and contact potential franchisers in your country area.
This is a varied and complex support role that requires organisation skills’, customer focus and sales support qualities.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years customer service or sales order management/ processing skills. You will have detailed customer skills, database knowledge and have experience in order tracking and management. In addition you will require fluency in French and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage!
