Role: The position involves advising dealers and workshops on mechanical issues regarding their cars, parts and products. You will support customers via phone, email and fax. Some of the work is diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, technical advice, evaluating warranty and goodwill claims. Contact for technical issues, mainly in the field of electrics / electronics, Interface between the automotive manufacturers and dealers.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent Danish plus have completed an apprentice as a mechanic, electrical engineer, automotive engineer, automotive electrician or service electrician. In addition you will need hands on electrical/electronics skills in a workshop or electronic service role.
