Role: They are currently experiencing growth on their International division and have new customer support roles in their Italian team. The Italian positions will support customer service, order management and product requests for corporate clients. This is an Italian business to business role that will require attention to detail and good customer service skills.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will speak native level Italian and have customer service, order management or customer facing skills. Candidates with an interest in IT, and/or knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, internet explorer, customer databases/CRM systems are at an advantage.
