The Berlin Shared Service Center is providing services in Human Resources as well as Finance & Accounting to more than 100 BASF Group companies throughout Europe.
What you can expect:
- You will provide information and advice in line with BASF rules and collective bargaining agreements, as well as European and Belgian legal requirements
- You will be responsible for the processing and maintenance of personnel changes (i.e. hires, departures, organizational changes, etc.) as well as for processing
other life changes ( i.e. change of address, marriage, etc.)
- You will advise and consult with local HR departments and different external and internal service providers (i.e. financial departments, insurance companies, etc.)
- You will develop and maintain the HR Shared Service Center knowledge database
What we expect:
- Business degree
- Strong motivation to become an allround HR professional
- Experience in an administrative (HR) environment is a plus
- Teamplayer with excellent intercultural communication skills
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented personality, very motivated and interested in continuous learning
- Very good knowledge of MS Office is a must; knowledge of SAP HR R/3 is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch, knowledge of English and/or German, French is a plus
