Our client is a leading contact centre outsourcer working for the leading computer manufacturer. If you are willing to learn more about new technologies, you will love working on the dynamic project for the new edge technology products.
Fluent German speaking technical support agents are needed in Goerlitz, a very nice city near the Polish border.
Our client provides to each employee 28 days of paid holidays, and a work permit for Germany if needed.

Daily tasks
• Provide appropriate Technical support to customers over the phone and by email
• Working in a multicultural and dynamic team to achieve Sales team target
• Data entry
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Fluent German + English
• Previous Technical support/Customer Service experience
• Call centre experience an asset
• Strong IT knowledge
• Willing to relocate
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
