Aspiring to be the patient-centric global biopharmaceutical leader, my client has a vision of transforming the lives of people with severe diseases; and with the belief that their employees are the life blood of their success they have attracted a network of extremely talented and enthusiastic professionals. Always growing, they are now looking for a Lead Clinical Research Associate to join them on an extendable 12 month contract basis at their office based in West Germany.
Your accountabilities will include site initiation, monitoring and close-out; managing the CRA’s who are involved in the field monitoring as well as supporting the Clinical Project Manager and undertaking Co-Monitorings and Audits. This position offers an operational foundation but with the allowance for development as you will be working along side the trial Project Manager.
A suitable candidate will have a degree in Life Science or a nursing qualification equivalent. A demonstrable amount of experience in a similar position is a necessity alongside the ability to speak fluent English, German language skills would also be desirable. Due to logistical and work permit restrictions my client is only considering candidates residing in the EMEA and holding a valid EU or Swiss passport.
