Job Description:
• Provide technical, administrative information and price quotes to sales representatives and customers
• Driving sales of Software & Peripherals with SMB account sales team, achieving forecasts and sales revenue & margin for your business unit
• Answer customer’s questions regarding the products and provide with customized solutions
• Sell Software & Peripherals by responding to inbound or placing outbound calls to customers
• Reporting on team performance
• Forecasting
• Close sales deals and process customer orders
• Meeting and exceeding targets (uncapped bonus system!)
You are able to:
• Provide technical information on software to your sales partners, and to the client
• Complete understand SMB S&P product/services
• Use strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.
• Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solution.
• Engage cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs.
• Take care of priorities while ensuring customer needs are met.
• Deal with short term and long term priorities.
• Keep account team up to speed on new S&P products/services and how they can integrate in our client’s solution.
• Model effective team behavior.
Qualification
• You have at least 1 year of experience as a technical in software
• You have between 2 and 5 years of IT sales experience and an Educational backgroung in IT.
• You are used to work in an international environment, also very dynamic and sales focused. IT is your passion as well.
