Client: Our client is a company that provides online services in more than 30 countries. With more than 11 million customers worldwide they are growing constantly. Their European customer service operations are based in Munich, Germany and in Luxembourg and they are responsible for managing their online customer base for more than 31 countries.
Role: They need to hire a temporary Danish Customer support executive to join their company and assist in managing the growth and support of this service. As part of their European contact centre team you will be responsible for answer the customer mainly by email, you will scan photos and correct texting. There are also some translation and proofreading tasks involved.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak native level Danish, with fluent English. You will have 2-3 years experience of working in an International customer service role with reporting requirements and managing customer service operations is necessary.
