Speak several European languages? Enjoy keeping customers happy? Play video games? Be responsible for resolving customer support tickets for an online game community in a fast-growing, exciting company in our new European Headquarters in Berlin, Germany.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year experience in customer support.
• Fluency and literacy in English as well as at least two of these languages: German, French, Spanish, Russian, Turkish.
• Strong understanding of algebraic math or accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games is a plus.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work regular weekends and holidays.
• Passion for working in a startup environment within a performance-driven company.
Responsibilities
• Answer email customer support tickets in a professional manner in multiple languages.
• Investigate fraud reports.
• Deliver virtual promotion prizes using proprietary software.
• Generate reports for managers.
• Translate text between English and other European languages.
• Work in a team and share information across multiple international teams.
Please note that due to the nature of working in the billing department, we will conduct a background check on applicants after the interview phase.
