This will be based at our European Telecommunication offices near St Pauls, London
The receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support in the office in effective and efficient manner and reports to the Business Manager.
Reception/Telephone service & General Affairs
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
- Receive, screen, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Maintain the general filing system and file all visitor log
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- General administration directed by manager
- Other adhoc duties are required
Meeting Room Management
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Arrange refreshments where required
- Prepare VIPs special requirements (travel, hotels etc)
Security Duties
- Visitors records management
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler.

09:00 - 17:30
