SOCIAL AGENT - GERMAN
ZeniMax Online Studios is looking for experienced and inspirational Social Agents for our Global Social Engagement Team. This is a full-time position at our offices in Galway, Ireland and as such all candidates should already be eligible to work within the EU. We offer a fun, exciting, and challenging environment in one of the most energizing organizations in the MMO space.
Responsibilities:
•Consistently read, moderate, and respond to postings in the ZeniMax forums and social networking outlets
•Localize company communications between English and German
•Report relevant feedback on community to product and development groups
•Investigate open topics with other teams at ZeniMax
•Report and analyze forum content and sentiment
•Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
You:
•Are able to consistently execute good independent judgment, organize thoughts, and make decisions under time constraints and a full workload
•Have a vision for the future of gamer social interactions
•Have in-depth knowledge of ZeniMax games and a passion for online video gaming
•Are able to work well with people of different languages and cultures
•Have excellent customer-service skills
•Can diligently follow up on open projects and tasks
•Have excellent creative and technical writing ability
•Have strong time-management and organization skills
•Have strong attention to detail
•Are able to proof-read and edit text with mastery of German grammar and syntax
•Have experience in a role that deals with the gaming community
•Have excellent teamwork skills
•Are able to work independently
•Have strong motivation and a high level of commitment
•Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows
•Have strong written and verbal communications skills in German and English
It’s a plus if you also have:
•Fluency in additional languages, spoken or written
•Previous community-management and/or forum-moderation experience
•Previous public relations and/or customer-service experience
•Experience with gamer-centric conversation outlets
•Experience with Social monitoring tools
