Key responsibilities:
-Timely execution of cash collection activities
-Prepares and follows up letters of collection
-Regularly reflects the status of credit and collection activities
-Handles day-to-day activities and refers the most delicate matters to the superior
-Evaluates credit history
-Perform credit control activities in line with client's procedures and policies
-Maintain customers' credit limits in appropriate databases
-Be in contact appropriate credit control institutions
Qualifications:
-Very good German and English
-Min. 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable Team
-Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
-Proactiveness and ability to work effectively under pressure of time
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
-MS Office skills
-SAP knowledge as an advantage
