We are looking for a young professional to join the Sales & Partner Management team based in Dusseldorf. You will work closely with the department head, assuming responsibility for your assigned account base of online travel agencies and hotel portals that are integrated in the trivago hotel search to acquire traffic on a CPC basis.

Your tasks:

* Being the first point of contact for your assigned account base and building strong long-term partnerships.
* Maximizing trivago revenues by renegotiating current commercial deals, expanding existing partnerships, as well as acquiring new partners in line with your personal performance targets.
* Monitoring the daily click performance of our partners and analyzing changes in traffic and performance patterns.
* Continuously deliver expert advice to our partners on improving campaign performance and profitability, e.g. through landing page optimizations.
* Creating and analyzing performance reports.

Your profile:

* You have excelled in your academic career and hold a university degree.
* You have already gained some practical experience in Account Management, Online Marketing or eCommerce, ideally in the travel vertical.
* You enjoy problem-solving and analytical tasks as much as interacting and networking with people.
* You are able to build professional relationships with stake-holders at various levels.
* You are an excellent communicator and negotiator who seeks a challenging role.
* You are a team player with an outgoing personality who strives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
* You are a proficient user of MS-Office (especially Excel) and ideally have had experience with tracking tools.
* You communicate professionally in English. Further languages are a plus.
* You are willing to live and work in Dusseldorf, Germany.
