In their German headquarters they now have a position for Finnish Technical Support Berlin Germany.
Role: As part of a global team you will support customers on a variety of inbound calls requiring you to troubleshoot their IT issues on a range of technologies on the phone or via email. In addition you will support customers on a variety of inbound hardware related issues. The ideal candidate will provide technical support on the phone to external customers who speak Finnish and English.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will need native level fluency in Finnish and English. Good customer skills, typing, word processing and database knowledge are necessary in order to support customers efficiently. Previous IT experience in PC applications, hardware, software, networking or other support experience is required. The candidate should be personable, and have excellent communicational skills to be considered for this role.
