Field Sales Executive for start-up recycled diamond company in Germany
Fixed salary dependent on experience + sales commission + expenses + laptop/mobile
White Pine Diamonds is recruiting for a field sales executive to build a network of trusted customers for purchasing recycled diamonds in Germany. This is a great opportunity for an experienced business development manager to join a young, dynamic, international team in an exciting new sector with the flavor of a start-up and the opportunity to build a substantial business from scratch.
You will:
• be trained to professionally grade and value large volumes of recycled diamonds;
• identify new customers amongst jewellery retailers, importers and manufacturers, gold buyers and precious metal refiners through cold-calling and reputation building in the market;
• generate appointments with local businesses, visit them, value and buy recycled diamonds;
• build long-term commercial relationships with trusted key customers and account manage those relationships.
Job requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in field sales, business development or account management
- proven track record of developing new leads and accounts through cold-calling and other business development;
- strong entrepreneurial, interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- fluency in German and English;
- university degree is desirable
- work from home, with ability to travel regularly around Germany every week (own car preferred although company car may be available)
- energy and enthusiasm
