To support our Customer Care Teams we are currently searching for a talented full-time employee as Customer Care / Fashion Advisor.
Your responsibilities:
• Advisory Services for our premium clients concerning styling, shopping and selection of key-pieces for the current season to the point of the completion of whole looks
• Support Service for the top-customers of mytheresa.com
• Answering of customer requests (calls and e-mails)
Your qualifications:
• Profound experience in high-fashion-sales as well as in dealing with premium clients
• Competence in style and very good knowledge of the luxury fashion world as well as of the designers featured on the mytheresa.com website
• Excellent oral and written French and Italian Knowledge
• Working computer skills required (MS-Office)
• Conscientiousness when dealing with customer-data
• Creditableness, ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork
