German Speaking Customer Helpdesk Support - Munich
We are seeking enthusiastic people who are fluent in German to work on our clients helpdesk based in Munich, receiving and assessing incoming queries by phone and email from external customers, providing initial customer support and classification of the requests, routing service requests to relevant support groups and answering customers' queries using a knowledge base.
Ideally you will be fluent in English and knowledge of French would be a plus.
Having experience on a customer service help desk would also be an advantage as would knowledge of MsOffice and Lotus Notes.
This job is initially for 6 months, but is expected to last 2 or 3 years.
