Our MNC client is looking for Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agents for the Office in Germany
The company offers:
• Training: 3 weeks (fulltime)
• Relocation package: up to 800 Euro reimbursed
• Performance related bonus
• Canteen & parking
• Paid Holidays: 28 days per year
Responsibilities:
• Support of business customers via phone and email (inbound and outbound)
• Analyze query to be able to understand best possible solution
• Operation of all functions of customized computer systems (telephone systems, databases)
• Acquisition and maintenance of customer data and transaction data
Your profile:
• Native Norwegian with good English language skills
• Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner
• Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills (business customer oriented)
• Good pc skills (usage of web-based tools and MS-Office)
• Good typing skills
Salary brackets [not for the view of candidates] 10 – 25 000
