Company: Our client is a leading agriculture company with offices in Hamburg Germany from where they now have a vacancy for a Russian Commercial Trainee.
Role: In this role you will be given support by a specialist mentor from our client`s Senior Commercial team. It is your responsibility to prepare for further development within the company by learning all areas of the business such as customer needs, the financial implications of decision making contract law ect. You also gain exposure that will allow you to gain knowledge of commercial links with other business units.
Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
-Degrees in Business or commercial discipline preferably in the agriculture industry
-1-2 years experience within the commodity market is desired
-Fluent Russian and English is a must
-A desire to work with an international organization with a focus towards trading
