Job Description
My client is a BAFIN-regulated bank, located in the NRW region of Germany.
The company is an award-winning institution and is looking to broaden their geographic reach by creating a number of international sales desks.
The company operates in the CFD and (margin) FX space and attracts a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from retail to institutional.
The ideal candidate for this position - which is an immediate hire - will be:
a professional salesperson, coming directly from the CFD/FX sector of the financial services industry
currently living & working in Germany, or have a European passport
a demonstrable track-record of success in producing revenue
able to drive the business forward - attracting new business from Italian-speaking clients - to include growing a team
You will have Italian as your mother-tongue and you will also be fluent in English - other languages will be an advantage.
The compensation for this position comprises:
Basic salary, up to a gross annual amount of 50,000 euro
Direct commission, paid on a monthly basis
Discretionary bonus
Job Requirements
Italian-speaking - mother-tongue
English-speaking - fluent (preferred)
Additional languages - advantageous
Minimum of 3 Years in the CFD/FX space, in a sales capacity
Transferable client base
Proven ability to deliver revenue-based success
Team-leader / Team-builder skills
Comprehensive knowledge of the underlying markets
Living/working in Germany - desired
European passport - or right to live/work in Germany - essential
