About the team:

The Sales and Customer Care Team at the NET-A-PORTER Group is one of two teams within the business who speak to our customers by telephone or email. The team has a staunch reputation for offering the very best in customer care, and is the reason why customers return to us, always expecting the exceptional service associated with The NET-A-PORTER Group. We are now a 24/7 team and specifically recruiting Mandarin speakers (mother tongue) to join our night team, working from 10.30pm – 6am.

Where you fit in:

We are looking for switched on and passionate sales and customer care advisors, who have experience working in a luxury retail environment. You must have full command of the English and Mandarin language and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing We ask for flexibility around working hours, you must be willing to work a rotational shift pattern between 8am and 11pm, and be prepared to work weekends.

What we’ll offer you:

Two week intensive induction from our in-house Sales and Customer Care training team followed by a week of shadowing a team member. You would then be encouraged to hit the ground running speaking to and emailing our customers all over the globe both on the phone covering anything from a straight forward returns query, to assisting someone buy a treasured fashion piece.
