5CA is continuously looking for German Technical Support Agents for our contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina:
Tasks:
To provide Technical Support to customers (consumers and businesses) by telephone, e-mail and/or web chat, providing a satisfactory solution to the customer’s inquiry and to exceed his/her expectations in doing this
To work closely together with Team Leaders, Quality Leads and Trainers in order to continuously keep your knowledge up-to-date and to provide the service according to 5CA’s clients’ requirements
Position requirements:
You speak German or Danish fluently and at least one other language at a (near-)native level
You are willing to move there for at least ten months
You have experience working with computers, technology products or gaming products
You have strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
You are a quick learner – open to learn more about new technologies and products
You have demonstrated customer service orientation and a track record of commitment to quality in previous jobs
Preferably you have experience in a Customer Service environment, Call Center or an international business setting
