Our Client is a Successful multi lingual 1st Line Corporate Client Support Centre covering 9 different languages, spread over 4 regional desks. They are currently searching for German Speakers to occupy positions in their Venlo office. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that prides itself on excellent Customer service and Staff Development. You will also get the benefit of spending your free time in one of the most culturally distinct countries in the world. Daily Duties include handling queries from commercial clients received via email/phone/fax, independently and responsibly. You will also be analysing queries to be able to understand the best possible solution. You will also be responsible for managing the relationship with the Client to ensure positive perception of the Company is not diminished

Candidate Expectations:
• Very good communication skills, both written and oral in the English language
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in the following language: German
• Familiarity with a PC and experience with Windows, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
