We are looking for a Team Leader with Excellent German for an international company based in Brno. This position is suitable for candidates who has 2/3 years of experience in people Management from call centres.
Which responsibilities will you have:
•Management the performance of the team and motivate it.
•Setting and meeting strategic goals for the team
•Monitoring the risk and implementing measures.
•Coaching and developing team members.
•Handle escalations.
What do you need?
•Excellent German+ English- preferable German speakers.
•2 years at least of experience in people Management, ideally in call center.
•Ability to work under pressure
•Leadership and organisation skills.
•Analytical skills, open to changes.
