Merlin - IT KFT is currently recruiting for Multi-lingual Technical Customer Support Agents to provide telephone assistance to our customer.
Position: Multi-lingual Technical Customer Support Agents
Languages Required: (In all positions a high level of English in written and in spoken is also required)
• Turkish/English
• Turkish/German/English
• Portuguese/English, Preferably Brazilian
Location: Debrecen, Hungary
Hours: 40 hour week/8hrs per day (Working hours will be determined by a shift pattern and including Bank holidays.)
Hours to be covered: 8:30 – 19:00
Start date: ASAP
Summary of Position:
Supporting one of Merlin’s major clients by providing 1st and 2nd level trouble-shooting via telephone or email communication until solution for both home users & business users that have purchased the software online via a download or on CD-Rom is resolved.
Requirements of this role are:
• Good PC knowledge to a level 2 support standard
• Previous IT helpdesk experience required
• Highly customer focused with a good understanding and working knowledge of the services provided by the department they are working in
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
• Ability to earn the respect of internal and external customers, colleagues, and management
• Enthusiastic
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Good personal organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems
