Company: Our client is a global gaming company. Due to the success of their activities, they are now expanding their team of which they have available a position for a Polish Community Manager based in Baden Wurttemberg Germany.
Role: As Community manager you will be in charge of the gaming community relations, planning strategies to increase members. Your tasks will include; completing community based projects as assigned, assisting the development, marketing and PR team in releasing high quality content. You are also required to work with the community on various social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. In addition you will be responsible for billing and community safety issues in your geographic territory. Community Managers will also represent our client at trade fairs and events with the aim of promoting games. Finally the successful candidate will provide feedback in relation to customer service, technical support and marketing.
Skills: The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills;
-Must fluent in written and spoken English.
-1 years Community management experience is required
-The ideal candidate will be strong in areas such as social media tools and trends,
-Extensive knowledge of MMORPGs is a must
-He/She will have a strong knowledge of social media along with viral marketing experience with website software
-Knowledge of game development methods and practices is desired
