We are currently hiring Across the whole group - London, Germany, Turkey, Switzerland, Singapore, Beijing, Tokyo, USA, Brazil, Mexico, India and Russia.

The Role

You will have full responsibility to develop your respective market by proactively and strategically developing new business while maintaining existing client relationships - many of which are global leaders in their field.

Responsibilities:
Business Development
Proactively source new clients
Collect and utilize market information
Obtain job requirements from clients
Headhunt prospective candidates
Use Social Media and Job boards to source and attract candidates
Sell opportunities to candidates.
Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.

Desired Skills & Experience

Bilingual in Fluent English and one other language ideally European, Asian or Russian.

You will be entering a highly target driven environment, therefore you must be goal orientated as well as hard working, resilient and determined. From previous experiences demonstrate where you have worked under pressure, and in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Building and maintaining relationships is absolutely key in this industry especially for K2, so highlighting where you have demonstrated these skills in the past is also essential. The best recruitment consultants are self driven, money motivated and have a real passion for sales.

A track record in sales, business development or recruitment is imperative.
