The EMEA Service Centre is a multi lingual service centre that provides an excellent service to Global Benefits Administration clients of Aon Hewitt. It provides core language support in English, French, German and Czech. It also supports other languages through translation services.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering service excellence to clients and their employees in line with the quality framework,
- Making a positive contribution to achieving service levels,
- Handling telephone calls from client’s employees by responding to their requests and queries,
- Providing additional support and information via inbound and outbound calls, mailbox management, assisting with system navigation, handling changes to personal details.
Our Requirements:
- Prior experience within a Customer/Client focused role
- Fluent English and German a second language
- Work in the international/outsourcing company in Call Centre/Customer Service environment would be an asset,
- Experience in Benefits Administration would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must),
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Self motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines,
- Teamwork skills,
- Spotless record and strong ethos.
