My client:
*Our client is a leading outsourced online marketing company which has grown into the formidable service provider for market online gaming.
*The company focuses on the acquisition, retention and entertainment of customers.
*They provide marketing expertise in promoting brands, customer contact services and technical solutions all over the world.

Daily duties:
*Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats
*Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
*Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
*Completion of tasks assigned and problem solving during shift
*Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
*Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers
Requirements:
*Native level of Swedish and fluency in English
*Demonstrated literacy in MS Office
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Energetic, motivated and innovative
*Comfortable with online gaming industry
