For Our Client, leading provider in BPO & SSC sector, we are searching motivated candidates for the position of:
HR Administration Group Leader
Localization: Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland

Key responsibilities:
 Lead team of Team Leaders
 Resolve Customer Cases and work on escalated cases
 Discuss cases with specialists to find solutions
 Identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate
 Maintain good service level
 Coach and provide feedback
 Create developmental plans
 Recognize and reward quality performance
 Conduct quality monitoring for Team
 Ensure Team meets audit and compliance requirements
 Be proficient in all applications

Requirements:
 Min 4-6 years on Management position in HR Admin &/or Payroll field
 Prior experience of managing the group of 10 employees
 SAP knowledge
 Prior experience in BPO/ SSC or corporate company
 Very good knowledge of English in business context (C1/C2)
 Ability to work in a global HR environment
 Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
