For our Client, leading provider in BPO and SSC sector, we are searching for motivated candidates for the position of:
Senior HR Administrator
Localization: Kraków, Poland
Key responsibilities:
Perform HR transactions to resolve customer requirements
Input customer data into client HR applications
Respond to escalated queries and handle complex queries
Work with enabler groups to find resolution to complex cases
Communicate with callers via mail or phone as needed
Maintain service level excellence
Work in a team to achieve team goals & meet client SLA’s
Requirements:
Graduated (HR Specialization preferred)
Strong (min 2-3 years) experience in HR Admin
SAP knowledge
Very good in Polish & English in business context ( min B1/B2)
Experience in outsourced or shared services environment will be an advantage
Additional knowledge of other HR processes
Ability to work in a global HR environment
Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
Exposure to various HR tools & technology
Microsoft Office skills
