Acting as a Product Assurance Task Manager for testing, qualification and manufacturing phases for flight hardware
Being main interface to the customer and subcontractors concerning product assurance, quality and safety aspects in a project
Establishing project specific PA requirements and PA documentation as per contract, technical requirements, statement of work etc, including publishing as built lists and other listings for recurring projects.
Reviewing and approving internal project and external supplier documentation
Preparing and conducting flight hardware inspections
Evaluating quality measures and taking initiative in improvements, internally and externally
Representing the company, reviewing your work and cooperating with the customer in Design Reviews, Test Reviews and Acceptance meetings.
Managing non-conformances and ensuring proper corrective actions and close-outs
Job requirements
Minimum FH or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a similar discipline
Several years of professional experience in Product Assurance or Quality Management
Working level fluency in English, French and German
Good communication, cooperation and organisation skills
Willingness to work numerous weeks per year abroad for launch campaigns
Working knowledge of the standards: EN9100, ECSS and MIL; as well as working experience in a process controlled organisation, are advantages
Familiarity of working with ERP tools and databases (like SAP), is a plus.
Prior knowledge in reliability and failure analysis (RAMS and FMECA activities) is a plus
