SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Swedish speaking Online Customer Service Advisor and Chat Host. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week. Full training will be given.
Swedish Customer Service Agent Requirements:
* Native level Swedish
* An interest in online bingo
* Excellent communication and written skills
* A strong Customer Service or administration background
* Reliable and committed to a permanent position
Swedish Customer Service Advisor Profile:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a high pressure environment
* Evidence of multi-tasking capability
* Experience of handling both email and telephone enquiries/activities
* Excellent customer service handling skills
* Excellent Online Chat skills
* Flair for entertaining
* Native Swedish speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills and good English skills
* Good interpersonal skill
* Good PC skills
