For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accountant/Senior Accountant with Dutch Language
Transition phase:
-Develop an understanding of the current state processes
-Perform AP/GL daily tasks on site
-Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
-Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the AP/GL areas
-Establish very good relationship with the client
-Identify potential quick improvements within the processes
Delivery phase:
-Maintain AP/GL scope as described above
-Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
-Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
-Support Team Leader
Requirements:
-University degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics preferred
-Minimum 1,5 year of experience in accountancy in one of: AP/GL area
-Very good Dutch skills and good English skills are required
-Good analytical skills
-Ability to enhance process and controls
-Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
-Ability to work under pressure
-Transition experience will be an advantage
