We are seeking Customer Service Agents to work on our client's (IBM D CSS) helpdesk based in Erfurt, Germany who are fluent in Swedish and English or Finnish/Norwegian.
Your tasks:
You are part of an international support team and pose as a qualified contact person within the customer service department concerning all IT-related questions.
You deliver initial support for hardware incidents and for network problems.
You analyse and eliminate errors via remote access.
You document the incidents and enter them into a knowledge base.
In case an immediate remedy is not possible you forward the incident to internal or external support specialists.
Your profile:
You like interacting with clients and have ideally collected some experience in the field of customer care.
You possess good IT user skills and technical understanding (ideally, you hold a university degree or have completed vocational training in an IT techology-related field)
You speak fluent Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish as well as excellent English.
German advantageous.
You like working in a team, you are stress-resistent and you can quickly familiarise yourself with a scope of new duties
Moreover you are a dedicated and self dependent worker and are willing to do shift work.
You possess a valid work permit for Germany.
