Our client is a market leader in the customer service market managing industry. They are looking for customer service agents for Cape Town. If you have a full driving license and all of the criteria below then apply ASAP!

The Role
Basic duties include customer service and support. This involves building a relationship with customers and cross selling of products and services. Make outgoing calls to create new business and planning and execution of Swedish customer campaigns.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a customer service role. They will have fluent written and spoken Swedish and a full driving license. Night-shift will be a part of this role so the candidate must be flexible in this regard.
